Mickey was the ill-tempered, lazy assistant chef at Camp Manabe who was murdered after he was mean to Alan. He is Angela Baker's 2nd victim.
Background
He was the assistant chef at Camp Manabe. He was disliked by both the kids and his co-workers. The kids found him to be a disgusting slob. Charlie even considered firing him sooner.

Return to Sleepaway Camp (2008)
He serves as a minor antagonist of the film. When Alan walks into the kitchen and asks for something else to eat, Charlie leaves him under the supervision of Mickey. When Alan asks for ice cream, the cook refuses and decided that Alan will either have egg salad or tuna salad. With Mickey's back turned, Alan picks an ice cream sandwich out of the freezer. Mickey soon catches Alan raiding the freezer and tries to shoo him out. Alan insults the cook, who responds by pelting him on the back of his neck with an egg. Alan retaliates by throwing a pan at the cook but misses. The commotion attracts the attention of the campers and camp staff. Mickey taunts Alan for his poor aim and pelts him on the back with another egg. And at that moment, Petey walks in and sees this. This time, Alan tosses a butcher knife in his direction and misses him by an inch or two to his right, leaving Mickey shocked. An infuriated Frank Kostic armstrongs Alan, who storms out of the kitchen in a fury wishing them all dead.
Mickey is later seen preparing dinner for himself. He walks over to the grill and flips his burgers, then empties a load of cooked french fries from the deep fryer and proceeds to clean it without even bothering to turn it off. Angela comes up from behind and grabs Mickey by the legs, leaving him clinging onto the edges of the fryer. She then takes a chair and stands on top of it now hanging Mickey upside down right above the fryer. Mickey loses his balance when he accidentally touches the hot oil with his right thumb, allowing the killer to dunk his head in the hot fryer. He writhes in pain for a while before his brain explodes from the heat and he finally dies. Angela kicks the chair out of the way and leaves Mickey's lifeless body to fall backwards onto the floor, his head now bald, red and covered in blisters. She stuffs the body in a plastic bag, tosses it into the dumpster and turns on the garbage compactor, destroying the corpse.
Behind the Scenes
Mickey's character is an homage to that of Artie from the original. Both are cooks who clash with the protagonist and end up pushed into boiling water or frying oil by Angela. But unlike Artie, Mickey is not a child molester and probably hates kids instead.
